Naoko Hirano/平野直子さん opened her bar about 4 years ago after having learned her trade in two similar establishments in Tokyo for no less than 14 years!
This is only the third no-smoking bar I know of in Shizuoka City!

This was only my second visit but that sole sign will encourage me to come more often!

My first drink was a tonic made with local “ama natsu” ornages and rum!
